Mouse moving but no cliking

Hi everyone, is anyone else experiencing this? The mouse cursor moves normally, but I can't click on anything. Specifically, this is happening in Magicraft and Marvel SNAP. I'm pretty sure the mouse was working fine in Magicraft until recently. Either way, the game is running—I verified that using a gamepad—it's just not registering mouse clicks.

I'm not sure if it's related, but the monitor resolution in the game menu suddenly changed to something much higher than what I actually have. Even though I managed to change it back to the correct resolution using the gamepad, it didn't help. Maybe it's connected, maybe not 🤷🏻‍♂️
