Rejected because of Race

I'm not sure if this can go here, but has anyone been rejected for verification on a subreddit due to their race, or maybe it seemed like that?

I asked how to verify to post in a sub, and they reached out and said, "We'll pass" ???? But didnt say why, usually the subs will say I don't have enough karma or something, never got a flat out no without reason. When I go through their posts, it's nothing but one particular race. I don't usually think "oh, it's because I'm black" but Idk this gave me that feeling.
