Should i switch ineffa from serenade to the leaked set(of nod krai not the hexarey set)?

A lot of people have been saying that”it is better dmg wise for ineffa “but shouldn’t the buffs be team-wide .so switching the set of ineffa(serenade) while u are planning on using the leaked one on columbina should be useless.right?
