As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. I want to get married, but I honestly don’t know how or where to find a righteous husband

I’m 18 years old, I live in Russia, and because of my religious beliefs (I’m Salafi) they could even put me in jail here, or worse. But I want to get married, and I think it’s already time for me

My parents are not very religious (my mother is Shia and my father is an atheist), and they definitely won’t find me a righteous husband, especially a Salafi one

Where can I find a righteous husband? What should I do? Should I go to Madinah? Please give me advice. JazakAllahu khayran in advance
