Simple VR/Quest 2 PC setup help

Hi, I'm building a very cheap used PC for light VR games like Battle Talent and some light shooters(in VR) and as a regular gaming desktop for things like War Thunder/Fortnite/Battlefield 6(probably not on high settings) and maybe Elden Ring and stuff like that.

So far my idea is:

RTX 3070 - 250€

Ryzen 5 3500 - 30€ - struggling with this one, R5 3600 is available for 60€, but is it worth double?

B450 mobo - 50€

16 GB of 3000MHz RAM - have it already

Random case and CPU cooler - 45€

550W Gigabyte PSU - 40€

Storage - have some random SSDs lying around.

I'm in Europe and I'd love to spend less than 350€ total on the thing, not easy to do with a 3070.

I'm just not sure whether or not I even need something like this for a VR setup, it'll mostly just be Battle Talent played in VR and everything else at 1080p. Maybe a 3060 or something cheaper would be better?

I'm trying to go as cheap as possible, just that it works. Thanks!
