Got back in one course of 3rd sem due to use of phone in endsem and got caught

i was having phone in my pocket and teacher saw that and suddenly gave UFM form to me and gave a back (F grade) in that particular subject

and i was stressing all around from past 2-3 days (that incident happened 2-3 days back)
and i dont wanna take that in active backlog in 5th sem due to intern and all
summer term is the only option

how should i proceed Please guide me
