I'm curious about your note-taking process—what does it look like?

With touchscreen technology now so advanced and widely available, I’ve been curious about how people are approaching note-taking these days. Do you still reach for pen and paper? Or have you made the switch to a tablet, a 2-in-1 laptop, or a dedicated e-ink device like the reMarkable or Kindle Scribe? Maybe you prefer typing notes on a traditional laptop or device?

If you're using digital tools, what apps or software do you rely on? I recently purchased an HP OmniBook x360 for school and am exploring the best ways to use it for taking and organizing notes. My partner just got a Samsung tablet specifically for annotating digital textbooks and jotting down class notes, which has sparked even more interest in optimizing my own setup.

For work, I currently use a blend of handwriting and typing. But I’ve noticed that writing things out by hand helps me retain information far better than typing. It’s been 12 years since I was last in school, and I’m determined to set myself up for success this time around. So I’d love to hear—what’s working well for you?
