+240hz monitor also for work recommendations & Gigabyte M27Q3 insights

I am searching for a +240hz monitor (preferably +300hz) that I also could use for productivity work, that is why I am not looking at 2k oleds. Price max 500€, but can also be cheaper.

I have been checking the Gigabyte M27Q3. Any insigths on the panel for work or any other monitors you can recommend for this?
