PC only, true no offline server

So I'm planning on buying a 200 pop high performance server. Pure vanilla. No rules. Plain old rust. BUT no offline raiding. Not your traditional timed raiding. Example: say you have a 10 Man team. If half your team (meaning 5 or more log off) offline raid protection kicks on after 10 minutes. This would apply to any sized teams. Solos/duos would benefit so much as they automatically get offline protection when they log off. This would be a no team limit server. Your base is unraidable until you have half or more of your team is online. No kits, but maybe a 4.99 vip for que skip, skinbox, a remover tool to remove 1 wall per 24 hours, box sorter, ect. Will also do polls in discord to see if anything could be added to benefit the rust experience. I am a dad, I work a lot of hours, and I lose my base every single night. Over it. It's killing my experience with the the game. Opinions and interest? Let me know your thoughts please. I don't wanna make this investment if only 10 people gonna play in a month. I still want pvp. I want the whole shabang I just dont wanna be offlined.
