Question to architects, designers and DIYers, how do you attain the stained glass look for a balcony window?? Will attach an inspo image in the comments.

Working on a personal project and for the balcony door and windows I chose to go with stained glass. Not exactly like the ones we see in cathedrals but again not too bland or artsy. Just basic. Have scoured through the online market and I couldn't find single coloured panels that can be stuck on the glass directly, so I'm turning towards glass paints. I previously had an experience working on a small scale craft project with faber castle glass paints, but would they do well for the outdoor window panes too? If not do you have any suggestions? Or any other ways to achieve the look I'm hoping for?
