Port from Sky Mobile to 1p mobile issue

So I have recently ported 2 sims (on seperate dates) from Sky Mobile to 1p Mobile. The PAC codes were issued by Sky and sent to 1p Mobile and both numbers have ported succesfully.

Both sims are working great and no issues at all, albeit apart from the fact that Sky are still billing me for both sims and have told me that 1p have not used the PAC codes and if they have then they have not informed them of the Port being successful.

I have never seen or heard of this happening. I have both old sky sims and if I try either of them they are both dead sims and say No service.

I have heard of split ports happening but both 1p Mobile sims are both working for calls, texts and data??
