I don't like this

So one of the things that I don't like about stories is how characters just come together and they fall in love just after seeing each other. All of a sudden they cannot stay away from each other and feel an attraction. Like I get when people just have fun but how can a person instantly get so so close with each other. I like seeing bond getting developed between them over time. Or when they feel a attraction at first but then they get to know each other.

These type of things mostly Happen in original stories. (I cannot use the whole word due to rules)
