no boob soreness and nausea??

In my first pregnancy with twins I've had really sore boobs and nausea even before I tested positive. I've been in and out of hospital because of hyperemesis.

I'm pregnant again (4weeks 3d) but I don't have any pain at ALL. I've been testing non stop just to make sure I'm still pregnant. No sore boobs no nausea. I just feel sleepy and thirsty all the time. I'm overthinking since my first scan is not until January. Please tell me this is normal.
