FAQ #3: Can't this already be done?

Simply put, no. A similar multiplayer game mode could be set up by a large, dedicated group of players who trust each other enough that they will all operate within the established rules, sure. But that would lack several key features such as:

• “Matchmaking” services for the vast majority of players who do not have such a group
• Career score aka rank and leaderboards
• Integrated rules and limitations that save players from having to learn, remember and abide by them. If you can't do something, that's because it's against the rules of this mode.
• Mode specific features that will need to be developed such as a more extensive ping system, councilor service records, and more that have yet to be identified.
