Stretched screen and borderless game when launched

So I have an AMD gpu (RX 6800 XT) with all drivers up to date and whenever I launch the game it launches in window and when I try to change to fullscreen in game settings, there is just black screen occuring. I tried everything from setting game configs to fullscreen 1 and scaling in amd to preserve aspect ratio/ center , gpu scaling on and off , but it can’t help it, any recommendations?
