If Kai'Sa's evolution requirements were changed to Wild Rift's, what would her AP build look like?

Wild Rift Kai'Sa is given the option to evolve any one of her abilities whenever she purchases a legendary item. In other words, a TRUE full AP build can exist while still having Q evolve. With this in mind, how would you go about building it? (Would prefer if we don't count in Dusk and Dawn for now)
