Anyone else not feeling much movement at 18 weeks? Anterior placenta.

There have been times where I think I have felt rolling movements, sporadically. But it’s hard to tell if it’s gas or digestion most days. I’m 18 weeks with an anterior placenta. My first was posterior and I definitely felt movements by now. With the anatomy scan around the corner and not feeling much, my anxiety is high and it also makes it hard for me to bond with this little babe. I just want to start feeling her regularly. :(
