Imperialism Wargoal is annoying to enforce

Due to the way the war system is currently laid out the defender gets constant ticking defender bonus until you have conquered their entire nation. It's better to just stick with parliament CBs unless you're 100% sure you can take then whole enemy down or can be bothered fighting AI spam stacks over and over. Source: I ran face first in the the Tunis + Middle east blender, won a hundred+ fights and took a third of Tunis (which had taken most of the north African coast line) getting constant demands for peace settlements where I gave Tunis land despite kicking their ass because I'm sitting at -10% wargoal due to how the system works.
