Rewatched lootera and now i am sad

Idk every film i watch moves me in some way. I don't consider myself a sensitive person but i cry while watching some movies. I watched Lootera by Vikramaditya Motwane when i didn’t have enough knowledge about films and life itself. Now rewatching this movie made me realise how painful life is how love brings more suffering and how it controls our life, yet we are helpless but to fall in love again and again. We live in the sense of finding ourselves through someone else but in this way don't we just really lose ourselves?
