Question about Qinghe progression — do any side quests become missable?

Hey! I’m playing Where Winds Meet and I just reached the Qinghe main quest part. I got to the >!flaming village!< scene and suddenly panicked that I might miss some side quests if I keep going, so I quit out of the quest mid-scene.

Before I continue—
Am I safe to push through the Qinghe main quest, or does it lock out any side quests?

Thanks in advance!
