Having no luck in the tiger 2

Im so bad in this tank its not even funny, i get bullied by American t34s and my shells just disappear on russian tanks and not even saying how ive played 6 games with no kills at all, I know its a sniper or something but when I try to snipe my shells just disappear off the tank, and yes shoot the side, I would shoot the side if I ever saw the side sniping, its just so demoralising sending fifteen shells into a t34 and it front pens me no issue, Russian tanks have an easier time with me and now I feel like the horrible German teammate constantly dying
