Is china a good country to study Business

Ive seen many people say that china is a good option for moroccan students who completed their bac since they offer some scholarships/financial aid for international students but im still not sure about where I want to study, I thought about Germany but tuition free Business programs are so rare it made me sick of searching, but i dont want to pick choices last second so If you have any info that could help please tell me. I wanna know how hard it is to get a tuition free business program since I really wanna get into this major, if its not possible im also interested in finance and since these two majors are kinda related i dont mind studying either of them.
