Promotion paperwork

Hi

Got my promotion supposedly effective 11/30 but apart from the new adjustment factor in the production calculator , I do not see anywhere my new GS level. It is not in the calculator, palm beach, ePP. Needless to say, no new SF50. Same with the fact I have been retained for months and palm beach still shows I’m not elegible for paid overtime or comp time?

How long does it take to get all these changes and where should I look for them? I already had to wait a week, I reached the promotion level on 11/15 but it became official on 11/30, so wasn’t very happy about that. Lately, everything takes forever.
