Was I wrong?
On stage (hate stage mind you + no one was throwing money so I was just sitting talking to a customer fr while doing my set) did my whole set - 4 songs. After, someone was supposed to come and do their set. After they didn’t show up for their first song I ask the bouncer what’s going on (really because I notice confusion with customers they’re looking at me as if im not doing anything) the bouncer doesn’t have a clue in the world where the girl is. He asks another bouncer and he doesn’t know either. So then he gives me some weird hand signal- which I interpret as leave the stage. But maybe he was saying wait? Idek
I go to the locker room and sit basically fanning myself bc I sweat easy and I be hot af on stage. Another bouncer comes back stage and I guess he doesn’t like the way I looked at him? ( which I guess I do have a mean RBF but I literally always look like that + plus I hate to do too much expression in my face bc I hear that causes wrinkles) anyways so he’s like why are you looking at me like that and im like you’re talking…im listening and he’s like you’re giving me the side eye (mind you he’s literally coming from the side and I was facing the mirror in front of me originally so what else am I supposed to do???) anyways he tells me to pack up and call a uber I say ok I do so, mind you I tell all the bouncers to have a good night on my way out
Now I haven’t been problematic at this club not once like I have at others, 6 months in at this club. The manager im assuming told the bouncer to tell me to leave last night. The not leaving the stage thing has been spoken on before by the manager like way back during the summer. I never do it I always wait for someone to come on stage first before I exit…other girls do not be giving me the same courtesy at ALL! The rule is literally to be there before the first 30 seconds intro to a song. I’ve never seen anyone else get sent home for this, am I in the wrong? I literally waited nearly a song and a half!
