How to approach a shy girl?

The first sem of my uni comes to an end and its been insane, ive talked to so many girls, have seen every type and tried my best to provide a safe place to everyone...I have dated and hooked up enough and I sometimes think I should now focus on finding someone long lasting who I share feelings with, whos only mine....I want to approach this girl who is very shy like 0 eye contacts, completely in her own space and talks to only her friends or people she knows, I being an outgoing and social person am finding it very hard, really very hard to approach....Like I fear she might creep out or get awkward instantly....Give me some tips about how do I do this?
