Watching a basketball game with one head coach in a suit and the other head coach in a polo shows the difference in presentation

Watched Wisconsin vs Northwestern the other night. Greg Gard in a suit and tie while Chris Collins in the quarter zip polo and some type of grey pants

It was amazing to see the difference.

Gard came off as very professional like he had a job to do

Collins came off as it was just a scrimmage it was no big deal

I really think the mentality helped Wisconsin
