Logitech G413 keyboard

Help

Guys, I really need your advice about an issue with my Logitech G413 keyboard.

I’ve had the keyboard for a while, and since the first year of use, I started noticing that the keycaps were breaking from the stem area. At the time, I thought the problem might be from my usage, so I didn’t contact support.

A few months ago, I decided to buy brand-new replacement keycaps, and surprisingly the exact same problem happened again. After doing some research, I discovered that the G413 is known for having a structural defect in the keycap stems, and a lot of users faced the same issue.

Right now, many of my keycaps don’t stay attached anymore, and I’ve even had to use the keyboard without several keys. Since the product is discontinued and Logitech doesn’t have spare keycaps (Part 993-001353), the keyboard is basically unrepairable.

I contacted Logitech support, and although they were polite, they told me they can’t offer a replacement because it’s out of warranty — even though the issue is clearly a manufacturing defect. I requested escalation, but the final response was still the same: “No spare keycaps, and no replacement.”

So I’m stuck here with a keyboard that breaks the same way every year and has no official parts available.

Has anyone faced the same issue? Did Logitech offer any solution or replacement in your case? Is there any recommended path to take now?

Any advice or experience would really help. Thanks in advance!
