Help!

I drive a 2013 v6 and my check engine light was flashing but now it’s solid it’s throwing a code for cylinder 5 misfire due to fuel type? It happened before but I disconnected and reconnected the battery and switched to premium gas and it went away. It’s hesitant to accelerate quickly. Could it be a spark plug?
