Sibling Gift Exchange - D Not Wearing Whole PJ Set

Does anyone know why in the Sibling Gift Exchange that D is not wearing the whole PJ set and wearing a sweatshirt for the top. I'm not trying to shame her, or make fun of her - just curious of your thoughts.
