Anyone on a similar combo?

So I 2 years ago I had a horrible panic attack and started taking a plethora of meds to stabilize and switch many meds along the way. I also had a quasi psychotic episode along the way. Now after one year my doc is stopping riiperidone 1 mg and I'm on Buspar 5*2 Welbutrin 150xl every other day Escitalopram 30 Pregabalin 75 in the night

Im having bad withdrawal without the risdone even though I tapered properly
