Stella Montis ultimate PvP

Is it just me or on SM you don't even bother saying Don't Shoot as you already know everyone you meet has intentions to take you down. I'm normally a friendly player and don't shoot at sight and while I survive with this attitude in the Dam, that's not the case in SM so I'm forced to shoot first.
