Is Nodai's school too OP?

I just finished my first "real" game ( without foresight) with Nodai's school, and it was pretty easy.

I just took all the skills that gave armor and acted like a Terminator in the battlefield. Absolute brain dead, just take the hits and beat up the enemies.

I mean, I had trouble finishing the game with storm's school WITH foresight, and there, I just won by playing like an idiot.
