What is that in my ear???

I'm 19F, and was using my ear camera to clean my ears. This tag of sorts used to be small so I didn't mind it but it kinda grew bigger and got another growing in. It always has dead skin around it, and it sometimes itches and leaks a clear fluid? No idea what it is. The link is the photo of it using said ear camera.
