What You’ll Do: As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will:

•Obtain hazard insurance information from insurance companies/agents (Insurance Tracking) or process claims •Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) •Conduct follow-up calls with insurance contacts or borrowers •Update systems with current insurance details •Ensure timely receipt and processing of claims •Learn quickly and adapt to changing processes •Communicate effectively to gather accurate information

What We’re Looking For:

•Excellent customer service and communication skills •Strong attention to detail and accuracy •Ability to multitask and handle calls efficiently •Proficient in typing while speaking on the phone •Willingness to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
