Ross forgot about UC students, what now?

I applied to Ross this cycle after they updated their new prerequisites. I noticed they adjusted their biochemistry requirements which I didn’t think too much about because I got my bachelor’s in biochemistry. Apparently it’s a bigger deal than I thought it would be.

Ross won’t process my application because I don’t have a biochemistry course in my transcript that’s numbered 300-400. Whoever decided to update these requirements did not account for the fact that some universities, like the UC’s, label their upper division courses differently. All my upper division courses are labeled as 100-200, so they don’t believe I’ve taken any upper division biochemistry courses despite the fact that I HAVE A DEGREE IN BIOCHEMISTRY.

I reached out, sent my syllabi, but I’ve gotten radio silence from them. They don’t seem too interested is figuring this out with me. I’m feeling frustrated but I’ve gotten interviews with almost every other school I applied to, so who cares I guess.
