I genuinely don’t know how I’ll get to level 17 when that’s released.

I’ve been playing for 9 years, mostly f2p but I would buy the $5 pass most of the time and the $12 pass if I used the particular card that got an evo if u used that card a lot. Over the years I’ve stockpiled books from the passes and gems from card masteries.

After level 16 was announced I decided I’m not spending a dime again and luckily my books and gems were enough to almost max out my 2 main decks.

But I don’t know how I’ll get to level 17. Masteries give coins instead of gems now. There’s no more books. I thought 5 star drops would give as many wild cards as a book was worth but it gives 1/4 the amount to max out. I’m almost out of gems after this update.

Supercell has set up level 17 to be near impossible for f2p players or light spenders to get. I genuinely don’t know what I’ll be able to do to compete when level 17 comes out. I thought level 15 would be the last level. It’s a nice multiple of 5 and they were considered Elite. Now they’ve opened the door to continuous levels.
