Is it me?

My husband has temporarily separated from me. He said it’s because my anxiety and overthinking that he’s having an affair is too much and he’s fed up. There’s been so many signs and the fears have seemed so real to me. I caught him quickly swiping off his phone one night. He said he wasn’t doing anything 3 times and then said he was looking at porn (on private browsing apparently so no evidence that he was doing this). After this to me he seemed like he was messaging more and being shifty on his phone (was this all in my head like he’s been telling me?) A couple of weeks later, after him saying my anxiety of him cheating had got too much, he said he wanted to sleep in separate rooms. I caught him one night hiding his phone under his quilt. Asked him what he was doing. Again he initially lied and said nothing. Then told me he was on Omegle speaking to a stranger about how low he was feeling. This sent my anxiety spiralling. I’ve since found out Omegle is primarily used for sex chat. He tried reassuring me several times he wasn’t messaging anyone and wasn’t having an affair but things that have happened have made my anxiety worse. A couple of weeks ago he said we needed to temporalily separate as he needs space. Is this because of me pointing the finger at him when he’s innocent or is it likely he’s doing this on purpose to cover up an affair? I’m so confused 😞 I’ve never really struggled with mental health but the last few weeks I’ve been close to breaking point. Am I going crazy? I love my husband more than anything and would love to sort things, make things right and build our relationship back up but is this wishful thinking and has he already planned that he doesn’t want me? I’m just trapped not knowing what to think. He’s broken my trust in the past but I’ve regained the trust and never thought anything else of it so I’m hoping I can do the same if we can sort things. Just to give an idea of how bad I have got, my anxiety, sadness and depression has made me feel so unbelievably lonely, I don’t sleep, I didn’t eat for weeks (eating a little more now) and I’m having to see a psychologist/ therapist.
