I think I broke the game

So I decided to climb that skyscraper with the beams all over the place and the scaffolding. I made a quick save spot in case I fell off and of course I did. The only problem is that when I hit up on the d-pad to go back, the camera went back but it kept acting as if I was falling. I reset the game and now it stays stuck in the loading screen and doesn’t ever load. The skateboard in the lower right just keeps doing a flip trick and the rest of the screen is black. Any idea how to get this game to work again without uninstalling and reinstalling on my ps5?
