25 hours into Vesperia - I truly forgot how outstanding this game is

The last time I played this game was by the Switch port in 2019. The best Switch port of a Tales game since it has 60fps battles.

I’m currently playing the game via the PC port with the TVFix SpecialK patch on a Z1E ROG Ally.

With this patch, the stuttering is 99.9% fixed, and that warm bloom is removed, making the game look very crispy and colourful.

I also installed a mod that brought back the PS3 costumes. Seeing Yuri as Asch is… interesting.

So far I’m really enjoying the game. That combat is silky smooth, loving the artes, mainly shining fang and dragon swarm.

Damn Yuri is so damn good as a protagonist, he’s definitely up there with Stahn and Luke.

I also love how Yuri acts as a big brother to Estelle and Karol.

I’m liking the story as well.
