About the staff of Earthspark
In Season 1, the story editor was Nicole Dubuc, who has been involved with Transformers since Prime, and seems to have played a big part in Rescue bots. She also wrote episodes for shows like Kim Possible and Young Justice.
Season 1 also had three staff writers, Bernard Badion, Isabel Galupo and Maasai Singleton, none of whom have incredible noteworthy works, though Maasai did write a couple episodes of Cyberverse.
And finally, Season 1 was animated by ICON Creative Studios, who have done a lot of work on Disney Jr shows, and Monsters at Work, among other things.
Now, Season 1's development was reported to be very strenuous, so much so that a lot of the staff, including Nicole Dubac, departed from the team.
So in Season 2 onward, the Story Editor is Amy Wolfram, who has no prior experience with Tranformers, and alot of credits that aim to casual audiences, like Teen Titans go and various Barbie movies, though she does also have some OG Teen Titans, and Ben 10 episodes credited to her.
And the sole person cretited as a staff writer is Ian Busch, who wrotw for Rise of the TMNT and Malcolm in the Middle.
Finally, animation duties were passed on to 88 pictures, who worked on a lot of Dreamworks shows, like Trollhunters, Kung Fu Panda:the Dragon Knight, and so forth. I've seen people say they also did that Awful Megamind movie, but they're only credited for the show that followed.
Now, of course, this is only a fraction of the staff, but Aside from downsizing the number of staffwriters, none of these seem like an immediate condemation for the show. But it does at least further imply a reduced budget, which we could already guess from the animation quality.
