Aight so boom.

This is assessed on a few things. Partly personal opinion but a lot of it is fairly logic centric.

1. Activities they are stated to do.

2. Size and height.

3. Their personalities(partly.)

4. Their physical stats(Movement Speed and Stamina.)

5. Appearance alone

6. Animations and abilties

I won't go into excruciating detail for everyone unless you ask me about specific characters but here are a few explanations for top picks/things that may not make immediate sense.

Goob - He effortlessly pulls other toons around. Assuming that Soulvester is GENUINELY wearing metallic armor or that coal is an at least 2 foot stone, Goob casually pulling them to him from big distances in less than a second cements him as very strong.
He has great stamina and speed and his reach/huge hands make him appear to me as a huge threat if he SERIOUSLY wanted to hurt someone.

Soulvester - Tall, likely very heavy, and has a noticeably more muscular build compared to most toons. He's immune to being grabbed by Twisted goob or lashed by Twisted Scraps's tail. His protective nature and extra heart make him seem quite strong.

Sprout- Maxed out stamina and above average speed. He is OVERPROTECTIVE over everyone and is intimidating enough to make Shrimpo not only lower his tone but genuinely stop talking. I imagine he's one of the stronger toons physically.

Shrimpo- first of all im pretty sure it's canon his stats are only bad because he's not trying. In his room he's knocked over punching bags, punched holes in walls and he hits his head on ichor machines over and over without a hint of fatigue. His hurt face is incredibly unbothered. Looking more pissed hes been hit rather than actually hurt. He's very strong and durable despite his size.

Yatta: Acrobatic, fast and she seems to confidently challenge shrimpo and seemingly sees them as equal. Not underestimating shrimpos strength one bit. I also imagine she'd have a REALLY erratic fighting style. She doesn't seem above biting or headbutting. She seems like she'd maul you before throwing a single punch.

Rodger: Dad. STRENGTH. I imagine he fights like spider noir from into the spider verse.
