Adhd meds and spirituality?

Hello!

Has anyone experienced a deeper sense of spiritual clarity after starting ADHD medication? I feel like I have a deeper sense of knowing and also It feels like my inner awareness has sharpened. I’ve also started dreaming in vivid colour, and the images in my mind appear far more clearly than they ever did before.
