Anyone else having problems with CONSTANTLY spawning mid match?

honestly becoming a bit unbearable when i can’t do any of my loot runs and am barely coming out with anything unless i PvP because the game is spawning me in at 15-18 minutes 80% of the time. most of my matches are just running to extract because im coming in with full kits for hardly any chance of return.
