Stalker 2 is definitly a great successor of the trilogy and the franchise. All the stories and areas from the trilogy will be combined in a great game with a even better story.

**My final ranking is:**

1. S2: HoC
2. S: CoP
3. S: SoC
4. S: CS

**Review: S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat**

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat (CoP) is definitely a solid conclusion to the series. Compared to Shadow of Chernobyl and especially Clear Sky, I enjoyed this game a lot - it is definitely the best part of the trilogy.

The gameplay in CoP is very good and includes everything that S.T.A.L.K.E.R. needs: artifact hunting, weapon leveling, and many side quests with different outcomes and influences.

All the features from the previous installments are present. I did not miss the faction warfare, which was super buggy in Clear Sky.

I found the three large main areas (Zaton, Jupiter, Pripyat) to be significantly better than the many small areas in the predecessors. However, I did not like the decision to only allow travel between these areas via guides for a fee.

The story is rather weak, but the gameplay definitely delivers.

The game is a beautiful conclusion, which was enhanced by the Epilogue that explained what happened to all the characters in the game.

Lets see which modded version i try first.
