Space and T key don't work ONLY when I play games on steam. But if I hold shift they work?

When I am playing rainbow six siege the T key and space key don't work unless I'm holding down shift. I've tried Uninstalling my keyboard drivers and restarting, I've tried to understand filterkeys or sticky keys but have found no luck. (Doesn't happen with just siege or steam, also happens with minecraft or epic games)
