Eyelid Twitching

Hello!

I am 21F, 5'7", 145lbs with diagnoses of ADHD and depression/anxiety. I'm on Wellbutrin XR 300mg and Adderall XR 30mg. For the past 2-3 weeks, I've noticed that my right eyelid is twitching a lot. And it happens in all situations (when I'm on my phone, talking to someone, driving etc). I drink 50-64oz of water every day and coffee maybe 1-2 times a week. I am a grad student, so I do spend a lot of time in wet lab and on my laptop analyzing data/reading scientific journals every day. I am not more stressed than what is usual for me so I'm kind of confused about what is causing this all of a sudden. I have an appointment with my PCP in January, so I'll bring it up with her then, but is there anything I can do in the meantime? Because this is getting very, very annoying. Especially when I'm doing things in the lab that need very fine hand-eye coordination skills. I've messed up loading gels more times this week than in the last 2 years because of the twitching.
