J&T Cargo number

Hello my Indonesian friends!

I tried ordering online from ID to PH and my package was sent via J&T cargo fast track. The seller couldn't provide me a AWB/Order number however he keeps telling that it was sent already and was having issues with insurance.

I already paid the shipping cost and the cost of the item.

By any chance, is the +62 858-4544-5099 a legit J&T Cargo support number? Because the website says +628111-666-099 is the correct one. However he sent me a screenshot below but I just want to make sure that the number is legit and a real customer support in whatsapp.
