ntoskrnl bluescreens while idle
(not sure if this is the right sub for this kind of advice, I would post in r/techsupport but Windows 10 is no longer supported. Pls refer me to another sub if this isn't the right place. thx)
My computer turned 5 years old about a month ago and has been showing its age by bluescreening pretty frequently when running albeit normal, low-stress functions. It started at the beginning of the year, about once every month or two, throwing kernel, system, and IRQL errors. It would crash pretty frequently too, where the screen, mouse, and keyboard would freeze and I would have to hold the power button to reboot it. These disappeared when I upgraded my RAM, GPU, and power supply, but the bluescreens continued and eventually got more frequent. My computer has been slowly getting worse lately, running a bit slower, the crashes have started to come back, and now my WIFI will disconnect about every 15-30 minutes.
They never occur while gaming or drawing, always while running minimal functions like browsing, usually playing sporcle quizzes. I've run a handful of commands (like sfc /scannow, DISM restore health, memory diagnostics, all come back with no errors), cleaned out my PC and reseated cables and cards, monitored my CPU and GPU temps and usage (all normal), and tried to update drivers but they all appear to be up to date and am not sure how to troubleshoot further. I've heard of others will similar issues upping their CPU voltage, but because of my computers age I'm worried I'll just fry the CPU a lot faster. I've thought of reinstalling Windows or updating my BIOS but I fear that I'll mess something up, and suspect that those won't help either. I'm sure this has to be a hardware issue at this point.
My specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3600 (6 core, 3593Mhz, 12 processors)
Motherboard: ASRock B450m Pro4
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12GB (possibly worth mentioning that my fans have never turned on. I don't run a lot of extensive software so it never really concerned me. I don't think it's related to the bluescreens since they've been happening before I upgraded)
RAM: 32GB (Crucial)
Power Supply: Corsair 650W (I'd have to double check)
OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (19045.6466)
Here are my last 4 dumps:

In one of the BSODs above my PC was completely idle about to enter sleep mode with no applications open. The rest are all browsing with maybe one or two tabs open.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
