Why do people like me have to be born

I'm so fucking hideous, It's not even funny. There's no way to help with that. I have a disgusting fucking face, have skin conditions, that I can't get rid of with anything I tried, ugly arms, torso, and legs, disgusting hands, and feet. Horrid hair. Even a disgusting voice, whenever I want to even just hum to a song, I get reminded how disgusting my voice is. By going of my looks alone it'd be the best if I killed myself, but there many many more reasons why I'd do that. I'm a fucking coward for not doing it yet, why haven't I done it yet.
