TDPT FullBody Tracking Help !

This is my first ever post please bear with me I don't know if there's a proper format-

I had everything setup within the TDPT app and it was working perfectly well for the first hour or so.

Then the app kept crashing, and when I finally brought it up again, my purchase was gone.

After several attempts to restore it, it kept giving me the same error. Is there any way to fix this on my own, or a way to contact support? I can't find anything online.
